Dream-Energizing Earning Partners (we, us) offers its underearning education and recovery peer support services through its website with its home page at www.deep-peersupport.com (the site). This service is conditioned on following provisions. We reserve the unilateral right to modify all or part of this “Terms of Service” agreement. After such revisions, we shall amend the last revised date at the beginning of this document. Continuing to use the site after revisions exhibits your acceptance of updated Terms of Service.

Modifications to the Site

Dream-Energizing Earning Partners may unilaterally alter, suspend, or remove some or all contents with or without notice. You agree that we are not liable to you or any third party for any such changes in the service.

User Activities

The site exists primarily for publishing stories and information which help more people recognize patterns of financial underachieving underearning and for those who identify with such patterns to make changes so that underearning’s impact on earning and life is reduced or eliminated. We recognize that many different experiences and conditions may contribute to underearning. We allow for a range of perspectives; however, much content having nothing to do with healing from underearning is not appropriate and may be removed. Unwelcome content which may be removed includes but is not limited to

⁃   Hate messages
⁃   Unsolicited promotion including but not limited to multi-level marketing, pyramid schemes, junk mail, spam, religious appeals
⁃   Pornography
⁃   Computer viruses, malware, spyware, or other malicious code
⁃   Material that infringes on copyright or other intellectual property rights
⁃   Content which in our judgment appears to harm or likely to harm any potential users or the public at large

Gathering Content for Monetized Use or Other Commercial Gain

Without specific written authorization, we prohibit access to the site with the intention of using all or some of its content elsewhere to generate revenue or any other benefit. We authorize use to benefit users in their personal lives and non-commercial sharing only.

Use of and Access to the Site

User interactions such as commenting on posts clear through becoming co-moderator and/or blog author on the site will be subject to our Privacy Policy which is a part of this whole agreement. If you are under the age of 18, you are not permitted any posting access.

Account and Password Security

If you maintain access to the site for posting your own or moderating content, you are responsible for keeping login access passwords private. You agree to inform us if you believe your login information has passed to someone not authorized to use your login. You agree to be sure that you completely log out at the end of any sessions on the site using login privileges. We are not liable for any injuries resulting from logins to the site compromised by user neglect.

No Warrantees

The site disseminates peer support messages. We urge that users exercise discretion in adopting any practices encountered here; it’s not professional advice; it may not be appropriate for your situation, might even in some situations be harmful. We believe there is value in exchanging peer experiences and perceptions. We will not claim that such exchanges consistently provide sound advice.

What You Share

Posting content (writing, visual, audio files) to the site implies that you have legal right to that content, that there are no other entities with property rights claims to it.

Intellectual Property Claims

We won’t deliberately violate creators’ intellectual property. However, if you believe that the site is presenting work of yours in violation of your intellectual property rights please inform us. We will investigate and, if we find the claim to be valid, change our content to rectify the reported infringement. Please use the form we provide.

We reserve the right to terminate posting privileges of any user we’ve determined to be posting material to which we believe they do not have rights.

All Together

This document along with linked documents as noted in this document constitutes the whole agreement between you and Dream-Energizing Earning Partners, taking the place of any prior agreements relating to provision of its website. This agreement will be subject to the laws of the State of California in the United States of America. Any provision in this agreement determined by a court with such jurisdiction to be invalid shall not invalidate any other provisions set forth in this agreement. Subheadings contained in this agreement are meant only to guide readers to relevant contents and are not part of the agreement.
